The needle on your career compass has taken you in all directions over the last two months. Please don’t be fooled when some astrologers tell you Mercury is now direct in your work zone and everything is normal. It’s just not – until after the 11th of December when the final piece of the jigsaw is filled in. You have lacked the full story and the final details, but those will come.

If you don’t work, then substitute university life or volunteer commitments for career. What has been happening is unique, in terms of your horoscope. The line-up of Saturn, the North Node, the Eclipse and Mercury Retrograde in your success sector has not happened in your lifetime.

The story is really only just starting, as Mercury (information, communication, organisation) has been taking such a peculiar path in October and November. You just were not in possession of all the facts.
What happens now is intriguing. Because now that you have everything in front of you, the decisions can follow. Saturn makes his presence felt twice, after Christmas, and it looks as though you will be making some of those classic New Year career resolutions from that point.

There is something utterly unavoidable and inevitable about what you are dealing with. You might call it karma. What is happening in your job, field or industry is a reflection of the times you live in, and the person you are – and the choices you made.

What is really important is the way you manage the situation in 2013 and 2014. You need to develop a way of dealing with this person, trend, company or situation which you can live with, long-term. At last you are in a position to do this, after a very flakey two months.

THE NETWORK

The network which matters so much may resemble the Republican Party, the cast of X Factor, a perfectly harmless book group or a really potent circle of people. Associations, societies, social networks, clubs, teams and groups of all kinds qualify.

From Friday December 14th you will finally have the full story, after two months of not knowing. There were times when you felt so confident about what was true, that you actually made or accepted promises, locked in plans, signed or accepted signatures.

Now, at least, you can put the last eight weeks or so in perspective and start to understand why some of those complications or delays occurred.

Basically, you needed to rely more on your heart, soul and sixth sense – and less on information. Information has not exactly worked as it should in the context of this pack of people (rather like a pack of playing cards; it contains a Joker, Queen, King and so on).

Reshuffle the cards for the last time near the 14th December then play a different game for 2013. You have some talking to do. You have someone to co-operate with and draw so much closer to, after the 16th.

WHAT ONLY YOU KNOW

What only you know, becomes a more emotionally intense matter in December. Try to let the process of change happen. It may feel more loaded, because nobody else can really see, understand or fathom what concerns you. Nevertheless, take the journey. In January there will be a new order. A dramatically rebalanced situation.

Something or someone has overwhelmed and dominated in 2012. It has been an unusual situation for you, because nobody on the outside has been able to penetrate those unfathomable depths.

There is something so mysterious, so elusive and so hard to reach about this part of yourself, or your life. Yet it is also where a long overdue transformation is waiting to take place. December sets you on the path. Try to take the intensity. It is a common part of the process known as a Pluto transit in your Twelfth House, yet in January some situations, people or organisations will be cut down to size, shrunk in front of your eyes.
